Learning Center Process

Personalized Learning Journey

Our comprehensive four-step process ensures every child receives targeted support based on their unique learning needs and potential.

1

Conduct Diagnostic Test

  • Welcome parent and child; explain the purpose and format of the diagnostic test (subject-focused, grade-level, and skills-based)
  • Administer diagnostic test in a quiet setting, ensuring time limits, independent work, and subject/area coverage
  • Record answers and time taken, noting both strengths and areas of struggle for each section
  • Analyze results immediately with grading rubrics to pinpoint specific gaps, skill level, and learning potential
2

Design a Learning Plan

  • Review diagnostic findings and discuss with the parent, clearly explaining the child's current level and required progress path
  • Create an individualized learning plan specifying core objectives, weekly/monthly milestones, session frequency, and subject-wise focus areas
  • Communicate the plan clearly to parents and child, including expectations for practice/homework and periodic progress review
3

Targeted Completion with Effective Teaching

  • Assign the child to an appropriate batch based on schedule, level, and peer group suitability
  • Prepare targeted, level-appropriate materials and worksheets for each class
  • Employ effective teaching methods: active engagement, worked examples, error analysis, and regular review
  • Track completion step-by-step after every session; maintain cumulative progress records and feedback sheets
  • Motivate and encourage continued effort; adapt pacing and content as needed for any major hurdles
4

Assessment to Understand Outcomes

  • Schedule formal assessment sessions at major milestones (e.g. monthly or term-wise)
  • Use the same criteria as diagnostic but tailored to the learning plan objectives
  • Analyze assessment outcomes: compare improvement, mastery, and persistent gaps versus initial baseline
  • Conduct review meetings with parents post-assessment to discuss progress, challenges, and any plan adjustments needed
  • Decide on next steps: advance to higher-level material, provide extra remediation, or refine individual learning strategy

Ongoing Support

We provide continuous feedback after each batch session and respond promptly to parent queries. Detailed records are maintained for each child including diagnostics, learning plans, session notes, completed worksheets, assessments, and parent communications. Our operational curriculum is regularly reviewed and updated based on child progress and educational best practices to ensure optimal academic growth for every student.
