Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Instructor-Initiated Cancellations
When an instructor cancels scheduled sessions, Pals Classes will reschedule the class to an alternative time slot.

Company-Initiated Cancellations
Refunds become applicable when Pals Classes discontinues a specific course or batch entirely.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Completed Sessions
Classes already attended will be calculated and deducted from any refund amount.

Specialized Programs
Customized courses or educational packages designed specifically for individual student requirements are non-refundable.

Refund Request Procedure

Submission Process
Submit refund requests via email to @gmail.com, including payment verification documentation.

Processing Timeline
Approved refund requests will be processed within 7–14 business days, returning funds to the original payment method used.

Fee Exclusions
Transaction processing fees or banking charges are non-refundable.
